About ARL Billing
If you have received radiology services from a hospital or other medical facility, you may receive two separate billing statements: one from the hospital and one from the radiologist who provided the medical service. This radiologist is an independent physician affiliated with ARL and is not an employee of the hospital or facility. This means you may receive two separate bills for your medical services:

How to pay online
To pay online, you’ll need your CodeID and Access Number from your EVDI statement.
You can also use our online bill pay system to sign up for e-statements. We’ll then send future EVDI statements to you via email!
