From experienced accountants to compliance experts, each member of EVDI’s management team brings a wealth of experience to our organization – and a deep commitment to EVDI’s patients. In fact, most of our team has been with the company for more than a decade, and some as long as 20 years or more.
Get to know the team behind EVDI now:
Dean W. Marks
Dean began his career with EVDI in 1989. He received a bachelor of arts in accounting from the University of Northern Iowa. Prior to coming to EVDI Dean worked in public accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Dawn M. Demmer
Dawn started working at EVDI in 1990. After graduating with a bachelor of science in accounting from Arizona State University, she went into public accounting before her role as Assistant Administrator for EVDI. EVDI was a former client of Dawn's while in her previous position. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Finance and Accounting Manager
Wendi joined the EVDI billing department in 1991. After being with EVDI for six years, she relocated to Virginia and worked for a radiology group in Alexandria. After a short time, she returned to EVDI in finance and accounting and is now manager of that department. Her areas of responsibilities include accounts payable and other financial areas.
Site Manager - Tempe
Michelle started in 2010 with EVDI as a MRI technologist. She earned her RT license in 1996 and has been licensed and scanning MRI since 1998. Michelle received a bachelor in HealthCare Management from Ottawa University. She was the Site Coordinator at EVDI’s Chandler location prior to accepting the Site Manager position at EVDI’s Tempe location.
Sam first joined EVDI as an accounting intern in 2011 and then worked in public accounting and finance for a software company before joining EVDI as Controller in 2015. Sam has a bachelor's in accounting from Brigham Young University and a master's in accounting from Arizona State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
Marketing/Medical Records Manager
Kyle joined EVDI in 2015 and oversees the marketing efforts and representatives, as well as referring provider outreach and issue resolution, medical records staff and couriers. Prior to EVDI, Kyle worked for over 35 years in the advertising/design, sales and marketing industry initially as a graphic designer followed by 20 years as an account representative. She has a bachelor of fine arts in graphic design from Arizona State University.
Director Human Resources
Norma started with EVDI in 1998 and manages all areas of human resources including benefits, employee relations, recruitment, payroll and training. Prior to joining EVDI, she worked as a certified paraeducator in both Arizona and California with a concentration in special education programs. Norma holds an associate's degree from Cuesta College San Luis Obispo with an emphasis in education and is a certified professional in human resources.
Site Manager - Desert Breast Centers
Angela began her career with EVDI in 2012 as a mammography technologist. She received her Associates degree in radiology from Monroe Community College in Rochester, New York and has over 20 years of experience in mammography imaging. She is now responsible for both of EVDI’s Desert Breast centers.
Director Information Technology
Tom started at EVDI in 2000 in IT and became the manager of that department in 2014. Previously he worked for 17 years in the photofinishing industry, transitioning to IT when digital imaging gained popularity over traditional film. Tom is responsible for EVDI's information technology as well as PACS administration.
Physician Scheduler and Radiology Assistant Manager
Cathy joined EVDI in 1988 and is responsible for coordinating the radiologist scheduling. She also manages the radiology assistants and Radiologist Hotline.
Pre-Exam Services Manager
Prior to joining EVDI in 2015, Christy worked as a customer service manager and call center manager at several large corporations and has over 20 years of experience in those areas. She received a bachelor's of business management and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Christy manages scheduling, verifications and orders.
Director, Business Operations
Jodi began her career with EVDI in 2000 and served as Marketing Manager prior to her current position where she oversees EVDI's marketing efforts as well as referring provider outreach and issue resolution, scheduling, verifications, medical records and couriers. She has both a bachelor's and a master's degree in English from Utah State University with an emphasis in professional and technical writing.
Kimberly A. Singh
Site Manager - Gilbert
Kimberly received her radiology training at California Hospital Medical Center in Los Angeles, Calif. After graduation, she worked as a technologist in multiple modalities, including general radiography, special procedures, computed tomography scans, mammography and ultrasound. Kimberly began working for EVDI in 1990 as an ultrasound technologist and received her bachelor's degree in radiologic sciences.
Prior to starting at EVDI in 1998, George worked for a radiology group in California. He has as associate's degree in business and has been a radiology consultant for a number of groups over the years. He is a member of the Radiological Business Managers Association and the Society for Imaging Informatics in Medicine. His areas of responsibility include overseeing the radiology information systems.
Director, Clinical Operations
Valerie started at EVDI in 1992 as an ultrasound and X-ray technologist and was previously a Site Manager before her current position. She is a registered radiological technologist and diagnostic medical sonographer, as well as a certified coder. Valerie is responsible for managing EVDI's clinical operations.
Site Manager - East Mesa
Stacy joined EVDI in 1994. Throughout the years since, she has worked in the file room and at the front desk, where she was team lead in both areas, and as Site Coordinator for the East Mesa location, where she is now Site Manager.
Site Manager - Chandler
Lara started at EVDI in 2000 as a technologist. She has over 15 years of experience in X-ray, fluoroscopy and DXA and is registered in radiography. She has also taught radiography classes at Gateway Community College and has been a clinical instructor. Lara is responsible for EVDI's Chandler site.
Site Manager - Country Club
Jim started with EVDI in 2001 as a MRI technologist and has over 32 years of MRI experience. Prior to joining EVDI, Jim managed an outpatient/inpatient imaging center in Central California. He was Honorably Discharged from The United States Navy in 1979. Jim is now the Site Manager for EVDI’s Country Club location.
